Couldn't find another post for this, so creating a new one. This is for me when using the website from a computer (Google Chrome on Mac OS Mojave, uBlock Origin enabled).

When I'm reading through the comments of an article and I decide to "Like" a comment:
  • The site automatically logs me back in (probably with a saved cookie)
  • The site redirects me out of the article and to the home page after the auto login
  • I have to dig for the article I was reading again and then for the comment I wanted to "Like"
  • The comment did not actually get a "Like" the first time around. I have to do it again now when I'm logged in.

Two things should be true, ideally:
  • If my credentials are already stored and I have a cookie saying I should be logged in, I should already be logged in when I load the site
  • At the worst, after auto logging me back in, the site should take me back to the article, and ideally to the comment section of the article
