LINE Download Problem

Why I can't download LINE in Nokia L520, after I updated it to Windows 8.1? The applications always failed and ask for attention. . . How to fix it?? Thanks before

Download through cellular data.

Already Tried to download it with my Cellular Data, but it still won't work. . .

Clean temporary files, delete internet data, remove line from kids corner, check date and time, clean cache, use cellular 3G data, sync account and soft reset. I guess it will work..
