LinkedIn Windows 10 phone app invitations

I have the LinkedIn app on my windows 10 phone, and I always have 13 invitations. I had previously accepted them on the LinkedIn web site (and they are not pending there), but they are always present on my phone, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I can get new invitations, and accepting those work fine. But the 13 invitations that are are always pending just don't go away.

and the invitations are for the same people that you accepted? What happens if you accept them within the app?

I've tried both accepting and declining them from within the app, and they still appear.

by any chance have you done a factory reset and then restore of backup in the recent past?
