Not a lot of new news, cause of all the leaks. :/

I do like the Bluetooth wireless charging speakers though!

I agree, the crowd seemed somewhat subdued and not surprised.

The new additions for the camera seem really cool and it's great they're bringing it to the earlier devices.

I also like the speakers. Was there also a charging dock? That's something I'd like at my desk. I turned away for a split second and thought I saw one

Yeah, the speakers had wireless charging if you set the phone on top. I believe it was also using NFC for tap to connect to the speakers.

My wife will probably like the beanbag wireless chargers.

Thank you Nokia and Windows for not giving us a specific date or a price. Apple will beat you to the punch once again.

Man am I pissed.

My daughter wants an Iphone 4s and I told her with confidence... When the price drops on September 12th I will get it for you... with hopes of maybe steering her to a Windows Phone. Apple has a history of making the older phone more accessible by dictating the prices to carriers and the dates they can sell them at a reduced rate. I just don't get why they couldn't do that for the Lumia 920.

Yeah I just took a look at the accessories page and saw it. It's called the wireless charging stand. Really want all this stuff but all that money, plus the Win8 tablets. Need to start saving ;)

disappointed as well that no release date/price was announced. But, if its Q4, that's only a month away, possibly around (or before) the iPhone 5 launches...

But, I was excited about some of that lense technology. The purview stuff looks pretty cool. That Smart Shoot option is neat. I love that now I live in michigan I don't have to specifically seek out gloves that work with a phone, but can pretty much choose a glove that keeps me hands warm without worrying about whether or not it'll work.

I'll probably get the grey color of the phone ;)

I gotta say, that was kind of a snoozer. No new information on the phones that we didn't know, barely any new WP8 info, no carrier availability, no release date. Whatever happened to the "different phones for different carriers" approach that Nokia talked about?

Still, the 920 looks nice. 4.5" seems just about right to me. If only it was available on Verizon...

The 920 looks like it is a great phone but the event was underwhelming. I think they hyped it up too much and it will just lead to a backlash from the Apple-centric media.

I was hoping there would be a tablet shown as well but it didn't happen.

Android fanboys and trolls are out in full force everywhere, saying "it's the same phone"

Everyone seems to have missed the new touchscreen tech that you can use with gloves, no need to buy those expensive capacitive gloves anymore. That is the kind of forward thinking that gets overlooked by people thinking only of how many cores a device has.

I can imagine what Google and Motorola's event will be like - "More Cores... more ram... HARDWARE!!"

I wonder about that. It sounds pretty cool, but how sensitive is it? How does it tell the difference between your hand in gloves and your leg inside your pants pocket? I don't want to go back to the days of butt dialing.

I'm sure they've thought about these things, but it still makes me concerned.

Well I agree the event may have been underwhelming. The first girl was simply boring and shouldn't have been on stage. The MS dude and Nokia VP did a great job.

I'm very excited to get this phone and will have it the first day it is available. I really don't care what it cost, I'm guessing it will be $200. I thought I would get silver but now I'm leaning towards yellow.

I watched the whole thing on Nokia's page. I thought it was a hot/cold announcement. Poor Kevin got NO LOVE while he was trying so hard to show off Nokia's City map feature. Poor guy handled the technical issues fairly well, but there is no excuse for those kind of glitches when the mobile world is sitting in judgment of your product. I have no idea why they spent so much time bragging on Angry Birds- it is not a selling point if every platform has dozens of options. And- as stated by everyone else- no availability dates, no basic price points, no WP 8 goodies announced,

HOWEVER: If those camera features are anywhere near as nice as Nokia showed, these devices will sell themselves easily. I love the multi colors- all kinds of personality. And the screens looked AMAZING- vibrant and alive.

I am hopeful. These look as though they are truly worthy devices to kick off Nokia's WP 8 line up.

No highlights on whether it has the Rich Audio Recording of the 808...is that included in Pureview? That was a big seeling point for me

Well I'm pretty sure your phone is locked when it's in your pocket, right? So nothing to worry about.

Buttons can be pushed accidentally, especially one that sticks out like the power button on the 920 appears to do. Normally it wouldn't be a problem because you're not touching your screen, and it would just relock. But if it senses your leg touching it, then anything can happen.
