Live Stream for Build 2014?

Hey! Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.

So build is tomorrow ( I live in the UK ) and I am really excited to finally see Windows Phone 8.1 in full detail, and like most people they would probably like to see it as soon as they can.
So I am wondering if the event will be live streamed at all?

Also, what is the exact time it starts? Thank you. =)
