Live wallpaper for windows phone

I notice that Android has the ability to install and show life wallpaper on their phone. I don't suppose windows phone is going to have that capability any time soon? I was thinking the Lumia Cinemagraph app would be a perfect app for creating such life wallpapers. Anyone have any idea if Microsoft plans to add such a feature in the future?
