Living images on Lumia 730 on windows 10 mobile

In the build 10586.36 living images aren't working on my Lumia 730 while they are working on the Lumia 640xl on the same build. Has Microsoft disabled the feature from the 730 or is it a bug?

Sometimes it works,but sometimes it doesn't.
It may be some sort of bug

be sure Camera app has background privacy permission.
