How do I load an app manually onto a Nokia 920?

It appears that you cannot install an app manually without an sd card.
The Nokia 920 does not have an sd card.
So how do I install it?

What do you mean by that? WP8 doesn't support installing apps to SD card. Just media files (pics, videos and music) can be installed to it.

If you want to download the .XAP files from windowsphone.com and install it on your phone for whatever reason (maybe you don't have data on your phone?), this cannot be done with the Lumia 920. To install the apps manually (or sideload them), it needs to be done from an SD card.

The lumia 920 does not have an sd card slot.
