My 1520 running 8.1 cyan periodically goes into loading and only way out is to turn phone off and restart. In addition to this being a pain in the ****, its hard on the battery as the phone gets very hot.
What's going on?
Uninstalled Bing Weather and the problem went away. I told it mot to run in background but it kept changing itself back so....problem resolved
