Are there any games where two people can play on one Xbox and two other people can play on another Xbox, but all four people are playing together?

Well there are quite a few games that support split-screen online multiplayer - Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Call of Duty and Minecraft all come to mind.

If you look out for games that support split screen multiplayer online, then you'll be able to play with multiple consoles. Sadly the Xbox One doesn't support system link/LAN, so you'll have to make do with online servers using a Gold subscription.
