Local or Microsoft Account for business users on Peer to Peer

i was wondering what the general view was regarding whether to use Local Accounts for a business on a peer to peer network (non server)

Microsoft seem very keen to push us towards Microsoft Accounts and I understand the advantages and disadvantages of using Local or Microsoft Accounts for home users but wondered what the general opinion was?

There is a third option, a local account + selective sign-in into services or apps.

For instance I use a local account but I'm signed into the store, calendar, mail and some other apps.
