Lock screen problem 640XL, how can I fix this?

lock screen problem 640XL

I had downloaded Upgrade Advisor and install windows 10 update in my Lumia 640 XL , problem is only that " it has no password on screen lock" what is that issue? anyone help me , i had made a hard reset also , but no fixing of error .. anyone for solution ?

You will find the lock options there.
