In build, Belfiore showed a new lock screen with pivoted info and cool animation when unlocking. Was that an app or is it a future update? I certainly can't find the option to enable this in my phone

Yes like the guy above me said it is.. but MS is holding on to that one for a while longer to be honest it wouldn't surprise me if they release it after rolling out 8.1 for China and UK
