locked in slient mode

Ok
I have an 820 running cyan
today my phone locked in silent mode even tho all sound options were at max,
so there was no ringer, text tones or alarm tones

until I power off the phone and back on again,

anyone experience this issue before,
worries me that could happen again and I would have no alarm waking me up in the morning

Do you have Quiet Hours enabled? If so, do you have it set to activate during a calendar appointment marked "busy"? Perhaps you have an all-day calendar item (or other calendar item) wrongly set to "busy." This is just a thought. I've never heard of this happening.
