I see from your signature that you've had many different devices. The limit on number of devices that can use the same apps is 5. Did you remove any of the devices you no longer use in My Phone at windowsphone.com? My Phone FAQ | Windows Phone How-to (United States)

You need to remove the devices associated with your MS account !!
