But I can ask here again. Those the submitted mail on you webpage have to be the same as the default mail on my phone? As I'm not allowed to download the game from the marketplace.

Go to settings->email+accounts and there is Windows live account. There should be your email for your WindowsLiveId. For this email i give permissions for download beta.
