Looking for a tile, showing battery life and network quality

Is there an app, showing the same things when swiping down the status bar, shwoing network quality, battery, wlan, bt...

I have one, called "battery" for my wp8 and looking for a similar one for my wifes wp7. the store only shows me apps with "working with windows phone 8" .
