Looking for an alternative to Chirp.io

A few years ago, when I was an iPhone user (since learned the error of my ways) I used to occasionally use an app called Chirp. The developers have created an app, for iOS and Android but not WP yet, that allows to you send contacts or photos from one device to another using sound (see their website chirp.io - unable to paste link).

Using the app means there is no need for bluetooth pairing, no NFC, and no need using Whatsapp etc that degrades the photo resolution. Just wondered if anyone knew of something similar for the Windows Phone?
