Looking for an audio recording app that saves to cloud live

Can anyone help my find an audio recording app that records to an online location live rather than the physical phone memory? Starting a story on the current legality of recording police officers on the job and have read that confiscation of the device or on site destruction has occured. Having the audio file online would really be vital if my phone is confiscated or destroyed during my investigation.

Its pretty simple, works great with Onedrive and it's free.

I know they can upload to the cloud, however can these apps stream the file live? So that if the hardware is destroyed before recording is finalized I will still have a usable audio file?

I'm sorry, the best I could give you is using OneNote 's voice recording.
