Looking for audio app that will let me rewind in 15 or 30 second increments

Hi all,

I need to listen to audio recording / mp3 type files and take notes on them.
It's painful to have to mouse onto the slider and try to drag backwards to achieve a 15 or 30 second rewind.

Does anyone know of any free/good apps that let you do this?
