Is there any contact sheet maker application for Windows Phone or Windows 8 ?
Specifically, a collage apps to make something like this.
It doesn't have to give the frame or making it black & white.
But I'd like it to be allow free drawing annotation on the completed collage of thumbnails.
Only found one in iOS (without the annotation function) and none in Android.
