Looking for some info about lumia 521

I'm a first time buyer for smart phones and I was looking at the lumia 521 because of its competitive price but before I buy I wanted to know some things that I'm confused with.

Does this phone have a front facing camera? Walmart list that it has one but some places dont list it as having one.

Can I use the 30 dollar prepaid plan from tmobile from Walmart on this?

If I travel internationally how can I use this? Can I just pop in a sim from another carrier from a foreign country?

1. This phone does not have a front facing camera. If you truly need/want one, your best bet is to get the Huawei Ascend W1. 2. Your current plan should be fine, but I think your SIM card has to be cut to micro for the 521. 3. This phone is locked. You will have to get the unlock code from T-Mo,and I believe you have to have 40 days of active service before they give you the unlock code. I assume you're buying the phone in full.

No it does not have a front facing camera.

Yes, that's what I'm using on it.

It will need to be SIM unlocked first. I actually asked T-Mobile for a SIM unlock code, and I was told that it needs to be active for 60 days, with at least $50.01 credit put on the account in that time. So if it will be at least 2 months until you travel overseas, you're good.
