Loose volume rocker

Is it normal for the volume button to wiggle a little bit from left to right? It also seems to protrude whenever I hold the phone with the volume button facing down. I just want to know if this is by design. Thanks in advance.

You know you'll live a pretty miserable life if you follow these forums too closely. I mean you are now starting to see volume button wiggle left to right. Not trying to be rude but just saying ... Seriously if I didn't join this forum I wouldn't even know things like you just mentioned.
