Lost all my data and history when upgraded to Windows 10 mobile

[Windows Central Question]

Upgraded Lumia phone from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 mobile. Before the upgrade,I was syncing on my iMac for photos, audiobooks, etc. and syncing contacts and calendar through iCloud. Worked fine. Now everything is gone, including my phone and text history.

Where can I find help on this issue.

this is a bit confusing -how were you using apple services with windows products? Can you explain more about the arrangement?
