Hi Frnds ,

Does any one know how to trace lost phone..
I have recently lost my Lumia 820 can someone help me out with what shall be done to block or locate the phone ?

Go to windowsphone.com. Sign into the website. Hover over My Phone on the top right corner, and a menu will drop down. Choose Find My Phone. There will be a map that will show where your phone is. You can ring the phone which will activate a ringer and put a custom message on the screen, if it is somewhere where a waitress or store clerk might have picked it up for you. If you believe it might have been stolen, you can use the Erase function to remotely wipe your device.

Go to WindowsPhone.com and sign in with your Microsoft account that's associated with that phone. On the top right, there's a drop down that allows you to do what you need.

Note: It will just work if your phone is still turned on...if it was set to send position periodically, you will see that position (if it is turned off now). Good luck

I tried everything ....but as i had blocked my sim card so was not able to trace the location...and it was stolen while boarding the train...is there any thing else that i can do to trace the phone through IMEI number ?

There is your answer. How do you find a phone with a blocked aim card? You can't. Of course...
