Lost pictures from camera

Hi, I've lost my pics from camera roll from night. I was looking at them and morning they are gone. on sky drive I have all untill midnight (2013/2014) - after that - nothing. Just I must say - no i didnt erased them by myself, i wasnt so drunk
Now when I tryed to shot a pic, it is OK and randomly one pic from night revielded itself... strange. Any ideas pls?

it happened some times to me too
but it was because i soft-resetted my phone and lost the correct time and date, the photos was not deleted but on the end of camera roll list

But I didnt make a soft reset. I've found videos by other app (video trimer) but same trick is impossible to do with pics. Intreresting is that on Skydrive are some of these pics
