Lost Rogers carrier billing in 8.1 update

Since upgrading from 8.0 to 8.1, I've lost the ability to pay for apps through my Rogers billing. It does not show up in my wallet. Can anyone else on Rogers check to see if theirs has disappeared as well?

Is there any way to add it manually?

Is your phone set to US for Cortana? My option to pay on my Telus bill disappeared too but when I switched everything back to Canada and switched my data on it reappeared.
