LTE toggle gone?!

I was on my evening bike ride using an V-bike to track time/mileage, half way through my trip my phone gets a message that a restart is required to update the setting or sim changes. I checked my settings before hand and toggle was there, once the restart was completed the toggle was gone. Has anyone had a similar situation? I'm on the 950 with ATT.
