Lumia 1020 - Any way to Interop Unlock?

Had Windows 10 installed, used the WDRT to install 8.1 and now can no longer install Windows 10 TH. Trying to get vcREG deployed on my 1020. No go there. Do have CustomPFD, but CustomWPSystem requires an SD card. Any program out there not requiring an SD card that will work?
