Lumia 1020 - Can't play Video

A couple of days ago I was able to play videos through the Xbox Video app or myTube. However, for some reason when I try to play a file, neither work. the Xbox Video app just says "The video failed to play" and myTube keeps switching between buffering, playing, stopped, loading and it says it can't play youtube videos I've downloaded previously. I don't think this has anything to do with the latest PFD update as I updated a few days ago and it has worked since then. Does anyone else have this problem? I've rebooted the phone a number of times but that hasn't helped.

I can't even play my music or any podcasts :S
I've tried mixradio and it'll try to load a song and just skip to the next one.
