Lumia 1020 has smudge inside glass

I just noticed a streaky smudge inside my Nokia 1020 glass... I have no idea how it got there, but it didn't come that way.
It's possible one drop of water got on the glass, but I can't believe it would cause this. What is the fix?

If it in the inside you can either get a replacement from where you purchase the device or take it to Nokia Care.
