Lumia 1020 Nokia Update Released

Anyone on Vodafone UK with the update yet? Actually I am using (Ovivo) but I can stick my voda sim back in the phone for an update

Im on vodafone and still waiting for the update, i dont think vodafone have pushed out the update yet as its still not showing on the nokia servers via navifirm.

As expected, I am guessing we won't see anything until 2014; getting sick of this ATT BS.

That,s why i dropped AT+T and switched to T-Mobile.I was going to buy the 1020 from Microsoft store and unlock it and glad i did,t since no unlocking places can unlock it i found out.I checked before trying to buy from Microsoft store and they sell a locked phone full price what a ripoff!And somehow AT+T was able to not give codes to 3rd party places to unlock them.But they did,nt get me stuck with using them.I got my 1020 in Costa Rica,the RM875 international version which is better than an AT+T unlocked since even unlocked it still has AT+T software which disables some features like wireless charging and transfering music from laptop to phone,making ringtones has difficulty,this was told to me by person in store i bought my 1020 from.It,s an awesome phone,best phone i had since cell phones came out,especially the camera!You don,t need to go to other country to buy intl version,get it new from Amazon.com

Now since mine is not a US or AT+T model,how do i get the update,preferably Black?

You have to wait until the country your device belongs to gets the update.

It says you can now update to Nokia Cam, I was already running Nokia Cam, so how is that possible?

Also, I received a phone call during the data migration part I believe, this won't cause any issues will it? I assume since it let the call through it should be fine.

Forgot, also says "enhanced battery monitoring", where? Same information to me. Unless it means more accurate?

Looks like O2 Germany is lagging behind when compared to other carriers, even AT&T, which is pretty worrying to be honest. Coming to think of it, I haven't received a single update after buying my phone in Mid-October. I would like to know how's the situation with O2 UK !

I think Nokia did as much as they could to help AT&T get the update out this quickly. Anyone with experience on AT&T knows they can be utterly terrible with updates. Granted, the Lumia 1020 did have alot of marketing behind it. Perhaps AT&T actually simply decided this phone was worthy of an update. Lol
