yes it will since Lumia 925 is still a flagship phone in 9.x series.
Lumia 1320 is a budget phablet by nokia
Lumia 925 has a great camera when compared to basic 5mp on Lumia 1520,rest the specs are almost similar on both (1320 has 6"screen and a slightly faster processor)

So this isn't actually true. Check out the Engadget Review posted above. The 1320 SOC is almost as fast as the 1520. Completely kills the 925/1020 in wpbench, antutu, and sunspider. Amazing...didn't expect it

Wpbench - first you have to remember that it has an on screen GPU test, so the lower the res - the higher the score. Too bad Engadget didn't breakdown the score and only showed the final score. From those scores I have a suspicion (also based on Basemark's memory scores) that the Lumia 1320 might have higher binned RAM included which always helps in synthetics. Maybe in this SoC Adreno 305 isn't as crippled with slow RAM as with lower-end Snapdragons. Though Basemark's GPU benchmark contradicts these scores - Lumia 1320 doesn't score 300 points and 920/925/1020 score about 330 points. But that's how it always goes with synthetics, each of them tests differently. The only definitive tests are games. Anyway, there must be a reason why before S600 and S800, Qualcomm put Adreno 225 in the more expensive SoCs. This performance question is still up for debate ;]

But regarding 1320 vs 1520.. S400 is nowhere close S800. The differences are much higher than Lumia 1320 vs 1020.
