After using the Nokia Software Recovery tool to re-flash my wife's Lumia 1320 I tried to re-enable the developer preview which was working perfectly fine before. Once the Developer Preview restarts for the installation, the status does not move, just the turning gears. I have tried this twice now and have once again restored it to Cyan..
This method worked perfectly fine on my 1020 and our spare 620. We like the preview for the more Australian friendly Cortana and folders (both awesome features!!)
