Lumia 1320 - stuck on windows 10 build 10.0.10166.0
I joined Windows Insider program and installed windows 10 mobile. I got build 10.0.10166.0 but phone is useless as only a few icons are functional e.g. there is no dialer when you press the call icon - it says loading then comes back to the start screen. I have tried to reset back to Windows 8.1 with no luck. The recovery tool fails and phone restarts. I have tried to get new build but the best I ever got to download was 57% before phone restarted.
Any one experienced this? If yes how did you resolve the issue?
