Stuck on Windows 10 Insider build 20161.

I am on the dev channel and I know 20170 has been out for a couple of days but I am stuck on build 20161. I tried to manually update through the settings page but it returns nothing. My Windows Insider Page is also blank and shows nothing except some links to other sections. There is nothing on the page. I got a notification saying my insider build is expiring soon. Is there a way to update my build in any other way?

My 20161 build is also not consistent. Sometimes I get the new Start UI but sometimes it reverts back to the old UI. I don't understand how it works but I am stuck.

you need to report all problems through the proper microsoft insiders website. one thing though, if your computer has a AMD processor, then the update is not currently available because of bugs.
