Lumia 1520 back camera not working

i have a lumia 1520 as gift. Its back camera is not working. I tried soft reset. Hard reset. Recovery tool. All different. App. Still its not working. I dont have receipt so dont know if i could claim in service center as its under warrenty. Please help

I had the same issue when new. Strangely, it cured by itself just before when I was about to send to the service centre. Until now, it still puzzled me.

You don't necessarily need a receipt to claim warranty. Typically they look it up by the IMEI number and can determine the approximate age of the phone. In any cases where there is a discrepancy, the receipt can help. Which country are you located in?

Thanks. I am in sa. Capetown.. Will find a way to Nss. Lets hope for best. I have tried almost all possible way of fixing. This is my 1st lumia for which i was much curious. But nokia n microsoft broke my faith on coming back.
