Lumia 1520 Camera Broken after update

Tried one more time, downgrading to 8, seems camera gets removed after installing 8.1 preview, Microsoft please help us

Does hard resetting by using keys solves the problem??

Same issue here.European distribution.Nokia cam doesnt work.Nor microsoft cam. Only Proshot external app works. Only when app is closing it says that something is broken but u can open app again and shot without restart.

i had this too and found that the camera was installed on the sd card and wouldnt work

i removed the sd card did a hard reset and made sure the install apps to phone was on, i now only have music on my sd card.

Me too have the same issue, Camera loading too long to open, responded too slow,and sometime the picture taken were not saved...

I'm using 1520 for pete sake... Pppffftttt

Well blow me, after 3 months then haven't addressed the issue. IM on the official 1520 update and the camera doesn't work still. Wish I hadn't updated now. Also this typing box doesn't really work on windows phone 8.1 either

i think i worked out the problem, go to storage sense and change the SAVE PHOTOS TO SDCARD to SAVE PHOTOS TO PHONE.

camera now works, its an SDCARD reading bug not a camera bug.
