Lumia 1520 - Cyan

Hello,

I am from Mauritius, I have a Lumia 1520 and has update to Windows 8.1.1 DP version. May I ask when can I expect to receive the commercial version of Cyan? Should I still need to go through recovery tools?

Check your phone's region on Extras+info, then check on the Nokia website. If it shows your phone's region is ready for Cyan, you can use Nokia Software Recovery Tool. I think using that now downloads Cyan+WP8.1 instead of Black+WP8.0. If it downloads Cyan then good, no need to upgrade. If it still downloads Black, check for updates to get Cyan. Once you're on Cyan you can go back to DP to get GDR1.

Under manufacturer name it says " South Africa" but my real location is Mauritius. Is it based on my real location or by country ? If I am not wrong SA is already receiving Cyan. Has MS fix the issue for Lumia 1520 regarding bitlocker?

Should it set to country variant (CV) before I can get Cyan?
