Lumia 1520 - Error code 0x8103010F Microsoft photo plug-in problem (WM10)

My Lumia 1520 got Error code 0x8103010F Microsoft photo plug-in when i update the app (WM10)

Anyone have this issue ?

Reset will lost a lot data .......
