lumia 1520 GDR2 installed

My 1520 has just received GDR2! It's a CVGB handset, I was trying to get windows insider app to connect and I got as far a registering for fast track updates when I got an update notification. After the install I'm on update 2 with the updated settings menu.
I didn't think update 2 was available yet for anything other than the 640?

Got that on my Lumia 1020, too! Although not sure if this is indeed GDR2. And I thought WP10TP was installed! Here's proof!

Just checked via Nokia Data Package Manager. It's not available on MS servers so it's kinda strange...

Definitely strange I wasn't expecting it! It has new settings menu but cannot find reset protection, perhaps that is hardware specific?

Reset protection will only work for new hardware I think.

Reset protection will only work for new hardware I think.

I'm not sure about that. 830 and 735 are rumored to get Update2 (presumably including reset protection), 640 and 640XL are coming with WP 8.1.2 out of the box and all mentioned devices are worst in terms of specs than 930/1520. It doesn't make sense...

I think that specified devices are set to get WP 8.1.2 prior to Windows 10 for phones... I can't find another explanation.

It's odd because my girlfriend has a 1020 with PFD and no updated available and my main 930 with PFD shows no updates!

There is a tweet from Gabe Aul Tha says some handsets have to update to gdr2 before WP10.
