Lumia 1520 on Microsoft windows mobile update page.

Yes I noticed that too. Think I was conning myself to be honest that microsoft had actually had a change of mind, and being kind to L1520 user's.
I've signed up to the insider program, and downloaded the app, but as yet haven't had the guts to open it and do the final setup.
Think I'll wait till I finally get my pre-ordered L950 then I may pluck up the courage, lol.......being such a coward, but I love my L1520, and don't want to screw it up.

I saw the Lumia 640Xl and I m in India? I believe I would receive the update first, I mean the device 640xl ;) on NOVEMBER 12?

emjay, no one has a solid date yet. If indeed RTM goes out on Nov 12, there still will be a delay in getting OTA out by model/region/carrier (may not apply)/etc.

I believe the 640 and 640 XL will see upgrades in the first wave. Most recent models do tend to get upgrades earliest.

I'll race you with my BLU Win HD LTE. :winktongue: BLU does not add much, if anything, to the OS for firmware and they tend to push OTA pretty fast. I'm counting on having Win 10 Mo on my BLU pretty quickly and waiting to see if 1520.3 gets official at all before I try the Insider program on the Beast Phone[SUP]TM[/SUP]. That way I can better evaluate my next move.

I don't understand...as far as I know, almost every current windows phone will get W10 official (maybe except with 4GB storage, or 512 RAM, not sure...).

Am I missed something about L1520?
It's powerfull, high end phone so I can't believe it will be omited from official W10 release.

exactly, its just the worry warts getting exasperated about absolutely nothing, it's so blindingly obvious that both my aged 920 and 1020 will get it, let alone the ex-flagship 1520!

FYI the 8GB limit has been removed as a requirement, 4GB internal + external storage is the new low. 512MB was never an issue.

Looks like they just copied the database over from the WP 8 Pages. I wouldn't take it as anything definitive. The 520 is on the Win 10 page and it only has 4GB internal storage so...
You mean the 530? The 520 has 8GB internal. And I do agree, they did copy the entire page over from 8.0. The funny part is, the Lumia 810 never saw 8.1 and would ever see 10 officially and it's still listed.

Edit: Wait they removed it! Looks like this may be the official W10 list.

Go fast ring and get the latest. It's been remarkably stable on my 1520. I've been on it since the newest release dropped and have had 0 issues. It's a good build and likely would be easy enough to keep until we get the official rollout for the 1520.

How is the battery doing with that?
Also, you had tap/scroll bug or phantom touch? Is it better with w10?

I'm guessing the fast ring will be the way I go, when I finally pluck up the courage.
