The device is a easily a 9/10 visually, great battery, really no major scuffs or scratching.

Updated to Windows 10 .63

*BUT* recently it has the phantom touch/ghost touch issue in a bad way. I think someone can fix this. It will randomly open Bing Search and go unresponsive requiring lock unlock of screen to get it back, screen shaking, general demonic possession.

Item Description: Lumia 1520 ATT 940 model
Price:85.00
Carrier Locked or Unlocked?: Locked? I think, it boots to ATT screen, but I am sure it can be unlocked (no contract)
Condition: Physically & Visually near mint, but in need of digitizer repair IMO, could not be used as is except for emergency call maybe.
Includes: extra memory card and case
Item Location: Midwest USA

You can fix the phantom touch issue by formatting the device completely using windows recovery tool and then upgrading back to windows 10.. I had to format it twice to fix the issue .. But it worked for me :)

Can you please make an exception and ship to Canada we are technically neighbors

FWIW, I've shipped to/received from Canada. It's relatively painless, not too different in cost and takes just a little bit longer. Factor in the dog sled speed and there you are. :winktongue:

I guess i said it little too early.. Started facing problems again (phantom touch and search screen opening ) after 2 days of reset

Ammar, check the 1520 forum. There have been some new tries at diagnosing/fixing the issue. Most agree it is hardware related and just needs some nudging.

That should be about the end of derailing this Marketplace thread, yes?
