Is the device unlocked?

If it is not unlocked, it is branded to the same carrier whose SIM you are using?

Insert the SIM card again and then try. If it still doesn't work, maybe the SIM card would have got damaged. In such a case go for a new SIM.

It's unlocked set for Pakistan... The SIM is working fine in another Nokia's normal phone
