I will suggest you to keep your eye on Windows Phone Central | News, Forums, Reviews, Help for Windows Phone As soon as windows phone 8.1 update hits OEM servers and are approved by carrier wpcentral will post an article for the same :smile:
And windows phone 8.1 will not ship with black update. You will have a new firmware update , cyan update from nokia
