Lumia 520 camera bug

Today I wanted to film something but Lumia camera got stuck, I restarted the camera but the screen was completely green. (both Lumia and Microsoft camera) A phone restart solved the problem. But can somebody explain why this happens

Have you tried the Bug Spray. LOL Just Kidding .
Some questions will never be answered as the Glitch is as rare as a Super Nova seen by every human being at the same time.
I had similar display issue but I never got answers and chances are like in my case it will never happen to you in a long time to come.
So sit back and enjoy your Lumia instead of worrying.
