Lumia 520 image problem

My lumia 520 is around 10months old. I formated it recently..n i am having problem with the picture..i click a pic and its two copies are saved..whether it be a screenshot or via camera. Even if i save a pic from fb or somewhere else two copies of the same pic are saved, and if i delete one both of them are deleted. Pls hlp me out. Thanx

Do you have Windows Phone 8? (If you aren't sure, you probably do)
I suspect this is a manifestation of the duplicate media issue.
Is you phone up to date? (as far as the phone settings are concerned)

I had this problem with my 520. Turns out it was a faulty SD card doing it. Then after a while the pics disappear. Am I right thinking you got a cheap unbranded name SD card off ebay (like I did)
