Hello, Since I bought this cell phone, this issue happened on top of my screen:

That doesn't look like much of an issue. You are talking about the tiny strip at the top of the display that looks brighter than the rest, yes?

The type of screen that this phone has is an IPS LCD. That type does not have any 'self lighting' or backlight. Instead, it has a small fluorescent light at the top of the screen that lights up the whole screen. This technology was popular with some older models of laptops. It is used now because it is super cheap.

What you are seeing is the light and the fact that it is lighting up the area of the screen closest to it much more than the rest of the screen.
