Lumia 520, Win 100105494, cannot update apps

After the above Win 10 update, I cannot update or download apps, including the store app. I get the "0x80073cf9" error. I have tried all of the workarounds that I have found, nothing works. Is there anything I can do, without another hard reset?

Sorry which number you wrote??? Last insider build for 520 is 10586.128 .
Go in app updates list in Store, cancell all of them, then start first with Store app itself.
After Store as updated, re enter in the update list, check updates, and start only 2 a time
