same problem with lumia 525.. while i reboot my mobile connecting with windows 7 pc... it is saying that... "Device drivers is not successfully instulled... please consult ur device manufacturer for assistance getting the device installed... please tell me wt 2 do

I would do exactly as the error suggest- Get online, find the Nokia (now Microsoft) customer assistance in your area, and describe the steps you are doing and the fault you are getting. You can open up a chat and most likely get the help you need.

There are so many variables which could be stopping your computer from loading up the software for the L525, it is hard to guess correctly on a forum.
